Rezone Request for property located at 161 East 100 North, Vernal Utah

**VERNAL CITY PUBLIC HEARINGS**
A public hearing of the Vernal City Planning Commission has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 7:05 p.m. to consider a rezone request from Scott & Debra Bingham for property located at 161 East 100 North, Vernal, Utah to rezone the property from R-4 Residential zone to C-2 Commercial Zone.
Later, a public hearing of the Vernal City Council will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 7:15 p.m. to consider the final recommendation of the Vernal City Planning Commission regarding the above rezone request. Both public hearings will be held in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah.
