Any provision of state law adopted by reference in these ordinances as a City ordinance shall be cited by statute in the number of the state statute found in the Utah Code. For example: "Section 76-6-604 of the Utah Code Annotated 1953, as shall be amended from time to time, is adopted by reference as Vernal City Ordinance." Adoption of a state statute by reference shall also include any amendments thereto unless otherwise provided. (Added during 1993 recodification)
