The corporate seal of Vernal City shall be circular in form, one and three-fourths inches in diameter with the letter "V," in Old English Capital, encircled with a wreath, in the center of the seal, and the words, "Corporate Seal of Vernal, Utah," in Roman capitals around the margin thereof. The seal as described herein is established and declared to be the seal of Vernal City. (Prior code § 10-1)
