Section 12.01.010 Management of Vernal Memorial Park
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2006-15 on 05/03/2006, Section 12.01.010 read as follows.
There is created the office of City Sexton. (Added during 1993 recodification)
The Vernal Memorial Park shall be managed by the cemetery department of Uintah
County in accordance with Uintah County ordinances and in accordance with the
Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with Uintah County dated March 18, 2004.
