Section 12.04.050 Alternative uses of public streets and sidewalks.

It is unlawful for any person to utilize public streets for the purpose of any show, play, sale, commercial display, commercial demonstration , for the production of any play or motion pictures and video productions , or for social or recreational purposes, without first obtaining a permit to so utilize the public streets. Nor is it lawful without a permit from the City to utilize any public sidewalk for the purpose of any show, play, sale, commercial display, commercial demonstration , for the production of any play or motion picture and video productions , or for social or recreational purposes, if such use conflicts with the safe flow of pedestrian traffic.
