Chapter 12.04 SIDEWALKS AND STREETS
Section 12.04.170 Openings in streets or sidewalks.
It shall be unlawful to construct or maintain openings in streets or sidewalks,
except
under the direction and supervision of the City engineer, and then only after the grant of
special permission by Vernal City. (Added during 1993 recodification)
