A.    It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, company or corporation having the possession of, use of, who is the owner of any ditch, canal, flume, irrigated property or other water course to allow the flow of irrigation wastewater upon any public road or highway.

    B.    Violation of this section shall be a Class B misdemeanor. (Ord. 93-19 § 1)
