Section 13.04.010 Adoption.
The Vernal City standard specifications for the construction of public works
are
approved and adopted
incorporating amendments adopted May 3, 2006 entitled "Water &
Sewer Standard Specifications and Details, 2006." and amendments adopted June 20,
2007 entitled "Standard Drawings."
These specifications are adopted by reference. Three
(3) copies of the specifications are on file for use and examination by the public in the
office of the Vernal City Recorder, 447 East Main, Vernal, Utah 84078. (Added during
