Section 13.20.120 Enforcement.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2002-09 on 05/15/2002, Section 13.20.120 read as follows.
The Building Official of the City or his designee shall be designated as the
enforcement
officer of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 91-02 § 12)
