Section 13.22.010 Water Conservation Plan
The water conservation plan of Vernal City is hereby adopted by reference. The
plan
will be amended no less than every five years and will continue to play a vital role in the
future development of Vernal City, Utah. A copy of the Water Conservation Plan will
remain on file in the office of the City Recorder.
