A.    Where a public sanitary or combined sewer is not available under the provisions of Section 3.28.050, the building sewer shall be connected to a private wastewater disposal system complying with the provisions of the Utah Code of Wastewater Disposal Regulations, Parts IV and V.

    B.    At such time as a public sewer becomes available to a property served by a private wastewater disposal system, as provided in Section 13.28.050, a direct connection shall be made to the public sewer within sixty (60) days in compliance with this chapter, and any septic tanks, cesspools and similar private wastewater disposal facilities shall be cleaned of sludge and filled with suitable material.
