A.    A Hearing Board shall be appointed as needed for arbitration of differences between the Superintendent and sewer users on matters concerning interpretation and execution of the provisions of this chapter by the Superintendent. The cost of arbitration will be divided equally between Vernal City and the sewer user.

    B.    One (1) Board member shall be appointed from Vernal City, one (1) member shall be appointed by the Maeser Water Improvement District, One (1) member shall be appointed by the Ashley Valley Water and Sewer District, one (1) member shall be a lawyer, and one (1) member shall be a licensed plumber. The lawyer and plumber shall be appointed by mutual consent of the City and districts mentioned herein. (Ord. 79-10, Art. VIII)
