Section 13.32.090 Wastewater service charge for reserve fund.

In addition to the monies collected under this ordinance to pay for construction, operation and maintenance, the amounts collected shall include sufficient to provide for all reserve, contingency, and sinking accounts and funds required by the loan and bond documents for both Vernal City and loan or bond documents of the Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board for which Vernal City has an obligation to the Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board.
