Section 16.04.033 Bed and Breakfast Home.

An owner-occupied dwelling that contains not more than eight (8) guest rooms where lodging, with or without meals, is rpovided for compensation with stays not to exceed twenty-nine (29) days. If meals are served to guests, thay shall be prepared, served, and placed upon the table family style, without service or ordering of individual portions from a menu. (Ord.
