Section 16.04.180 Dry cleaner.

An establishment which has, as its sole purpose, the cleansing of fabrics with substantially non-aqueous organic solvents. Laundry establishments with self-service, coin-operated cleaning machines shall not be classified as a dry cleaner. (PZSC § 03-15-036)
