Chapter 16.04 DEFINITIONS
Section 16.04.235 Family.
The term "family" shall mean:
A.
One (1) or more persons related by blood, marriage
, adoption
or operation of law,
to include foster children,
living together as a singlehousekeeping unit
in a dwelling unit;
or
B. A group of not more than four (4) persons not related by blood, marriage,
adoption
or operation of law living together as a single housekeeping unit in a dwelling unit; or
C. Two (2) unrelated persons and their children living together as a single
housekeeping unit in a dwelling unit.
