A parcel of land occupied or to be occupied by a main building or group of buildings (main or accessory) together with such yards, open spaces, lot width and lot area as are required by this title, and having frontage upon a street. Except for group dwellings and a guesthouse, not more than one (1) dwelling structure shall occupy any one (1) lot. (PZSC § 03-15-069)
