Section 16.04.410 Nonconforming use.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-07 on 06/01/2005, Section 16.04.410 read as follows.
The use of land that legally existed before its current zoning land use designation; has
been maintained continuously since the time the zoning land use regulation governing
the
land changed; and because of subsequent zoning land use ordinance changes,
does not
conform with the zoning land use regulations that now govern the land.
