A single or multifamily dwelling unit that meets the requirements of Section 10-9-501 et seq., Utah Annotated Code, 1953, and any ordinance adopted under authority of that part; and does not include a health care facility as defined by Section 26-21-2, Utah Annotated Code, 1953. (PZSC § 03-15-096)
