An on-premises sign which is intended to advertise community or civic projects, real estate for sale or lease on a temporary basis. Such sign shall not be erected earlier than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the beginning of the event and shall be removed thirty (30) days after the event is concluded. (PZSC § 03-15-124)
