Any artificial or semiartificial container, whether indoors or outdoors or whether above or below the surface of the ground or both, used or intended to be used to contain a body of water for swimming for any person or persons, together with all permanent structures, equipment, appliances and other facilities used or intended to be used in and about the operation, maintenance and use of such pool.
