The Planning Commission of Vernal City shall have such other powers and functions, and shall perform such duties as are prescribed by Title 10, Chapter 9, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as hereafter amended, and such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by law. (PZSC § 03-03-009)
