Section 16.10.080 Vote necessary for reversal.

The concurring vote of three (3) members of the Board shall be necessary to reverse any order, requirement, decision or determination of any land use authority, or to decide in favor of the appellant on any matter upon which it is required to pass under this title, or to affect any variation in this title.
