Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-07 on 06/01/2005, Section 16.10.110 read as follows.

    Upon filing of any appeal or application to the Board of Adjustment, the appellant or applicant shall pay to the City Clerk a fee prescribed by resolution of the City Council. The fee shall be collected by the City Clerk and Building Official in whose office the appeal is filed and shall be deposited with the City Recorder and credited to the general fund. No appeal or application shall be considered by the Board unless and until such fee has been paid. (PZSC § 03-04-011)
