Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-07 on 06/01/2005, Section 16.10.110 read as follows.

Upon filing of any appeal or application to the Board of Adjustment, the appellant or applicant shall pay to the City Clerk a fee prescribed by resolution of the City Council. The fee shall be collected by the City Clerk and ~~Building Official in whose office the appeal is filed and shall be~~ deposited with the City Recorder and credited to the general fund. No appeal or application shall be considered by the Board unless and until such fee has been paid. (PZSC § 03-04-011)
