Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2010-19 on 09/22/2010, Section 16.18.060 read as follows.
This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within
the jurisdiction of
Vernal City.
The ordinance shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the
jurisdiction of Vernal.
