Section 16.18.090 Abrogation and greater restrictions.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2010-19 on 09/22/2010, Section 16.18.090 read as follows.
This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements,
covenants or deed restrictions. However, where this chapter and another ordinance,
easement, covenant or deed restriction conflicts or overlaps, whichever imposes the more
stringent restrictions shall prevail.
