Chapter 16.18 FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION
Section 16.18.125 Designation of the floodplain administrator
The City Planner is hereby appointed the Floodplain Administrator to administer
and
implement the provisions of this ordinance and other appropriate sections of 44 CFR
(National Flood Insurance Program Regulations) pertaining to floodplain management.
