Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2002-11 on 06/27/2002, Section 16.22.020 read as follows.

To assure compliance with the provisions of this chapter, a home occupation permit shall be obtained from the City Building Official before a dwelling unit in ~~a residential~~ any zone may be used for business purposes. (PZSC § 03-10-002)
