Notwithstanding any other provisions of this title or any other ordinance of the City, any home occupation which becomes nonconforming upon the adoption of this title from any condition established in Section 16.22.030, or 16.22.035 above, shall not be renewed when discontinued for any period greater than sixty (60) days by the present permittee.
