Chapter 16.24 SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS
Section 16.24.030 Additional main building regulations.
Every main building
shall be located and
maintained on a "lot" as
defined in Chapter 16.04
of this title, and every lot
shall have the required
frontage on a "street" as
defined by Chapter 16.04
of this title, except where a
parcel of land was in
separate ownership as
described in Section
16.24.020 prior to the
initial enactment of this
title as described in section
