Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-14 on 08/17/2005, Section 16.26.020 read as follows.

The number of off-street parking spaces required in connection with any particular land use shall not be less than that set forth in this chapter, except for permitted reductions allowed under the provisions of Section 16.26.080 and 16.26.150. (PZSC § 03-12-002)
