Any use of property which, on the effective date of this title or of any subsequent amendment thereto, is nonconforming only as to the regulations relating to off-street parking facilities may continue in the same manner as if the parking facilities were conforming. Such existing parking facilities shall not be further reduced however. (PZSC § 03-12-005)
