There exists a parking district within Vernal City which shall include all property within Vernal City which is presently or may become zoned center commercial zone (CC-1), commercial zone (C-2), planned regional commercial zone (CCP-1) and planned commercial zone (CP-2) and shall automatically include all property in the City subsequently zoned or rezoned to CC-1, C-2, CCP-1 and CP-2 zones.
