A parking district fund has been established, composed of in-lieu parking space fees and such other revenues as the City Council may deem to be appropriate. The parking district fund shall be used to acquire property for parking facilities within the parking district as well as to plan, build and maintain the parking facilities. (PZSC § 03-12-008)
