Chapter 16.28 SIGN REGULATIONS
Section 16.28.010 Purpose.
This chapter is adopted to:
A. Promote the health, safety and general welfare of
visitors, and citizens of Vernal
and preserve and enhance property values.
B. Encourage positive business atmosphere.
C. Promote aesthetically pleasing and compatible signage
which implements the
urban design goals and policies of Vernal.
D. Provide for consistent and fair application and enforcement
of the regulations
