Chapter 16.36 R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE
Section 16.36.070 Side setback.
A. All dwellings and
other main buildings shall be
set back from the side
property line a distance of at
least eight (8) feet and the
total distance of the two (2)
side setbacks shall be at least
twenty (20) feet.
B. The minimum side
setback for accessory
buildings shall be the same
as for main buildings except
that no side setback shall be
required for accessory
buildings located twelve (12)
feet or more in back of the
dwelling.
C. On corner lots, the
side setback from the street
for any dwelling, accessory
building or other main
building shall not be less
than twenty (20) feet. (PZSC
