Section 16.36.110 Size of dwellings.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2003-02 on 04/02/2003, Section 16.36.110 read as follows.
The minimum width total floor area of any one (1) family dwelling
shall not be less
than twenty-four (24) feet. seven hundred (700) square feet. (PZSC § 03-18-011)
