All dwellings shall be supplied with potable water and plumbed in accordance with the Plumbing Code of Vernal City, Utah. All main buildings are required to connect to city water.  All main buildings are required to connect to city sewer unless the building is further than three hundred (300) feet from the available public sewer system and the public health officer has authorized connection to a private sewage system.
