The minimum width for a one (1) family dwelling site shall be seventy (70) feet. For school, churches and rest homes, the minimum width shall be one hundred (100) feet. Width requirements shall be measured at a distance of thirty (30) feet back from the front lot line. For other uses, there shall be no minimum width size. (PZSC § 03-19-004)
