Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2003-04 on 02/20/2003, Section 16.44.030 read as follows.

The following use shall be permitted only when authorized by a conditional use permit, as provided in Chapter 16.14 of this title:

A. Multiple-family dwellings containing more than thirty (30) dwelling units.

B. Bed and Breakfast homes as outlined at 16.22.035 of this title.

C. Low powered radio antennas with a height greater than thirty-five (35) feet but less than fifty (50) feet as outlined at Section 16.36.030.

D. Monument signs for multi-family dwellings and non residential permitted and conditional uses. Signs must conform to requirements in 16.28.065. (PZSC § 03-22-003)
