Chapter 16.44 R-4 RESIDENTIAL ZONE
Section 16.44.050 Minimum width requirements.
A. Width requirements shall be measured at a distance
of thirty (30) feet back from
the front lot line.
B. The minimum width of any
parcel
for a one (1) family or other main building
shall be sixty-five (65) feet, plus five (5) additional feet for each additional dwelling unit
