The home must comply with the 1976 HUD Manufactured Housing Standards and must be at least twenty-four (24) feet in width, with a minimum twelve (12) inch eave and pitched and shingled roof. The home shall have proof of meeting the HUD standards. (PZSC § 03-23-005 (3))
