Chapter 16.50 CP-2 AND CCP-1 PLANNED COMMERCIAL ZONES
Section 16.50.100 Zoning petition and development plat--Planning Commission action.
The Planning Commission shall recommend approval or denial
of the zoning petition and
preliminary development plat to the City Council. The recommendation of the Planning
Commission may contain conditions, limitations and amendments to the preliminary
development plat to ensure that the planned commercial development is integrated into its
surroundings and serves the public interest to the greatest extent possible. The Planning
Commission may also require a reasonable financial guarantee to ensure the completion of the
landscaping and other improvements for the entire plan or phase thereof. (PZSC § 03-25-008)
