Chapter 16.50 CP-2 AND CCP-1 PLANNED COMMERCIAL ZONES
Section 16.50.120 Final development plat.
After the rezoning of a site
to a CP zone, a final
development plat for the
entire project, or for the
initial phase if a stage
development plat has been
approved, shall be submitted
to and approved by the
Planning Commission as
complying with the
regulations and requirements
attached thereto prior to the
issuance of any building
permits. The final
development plat shall show
in detail the proposed areas
and locations of buildings,
off-street parking, internal
and external traffic
circulation, improvements,
landscaping, signs and
service facilities. No changes
shall be made in the final
development plat during the
course of construction
pursuant thereto without first
obtaining approval of the
Planning Commission.
Copies of the approved final
development plat shall be
kept on file in the office of
the Planning Commission,
Building Official and City
Recorder, and only changes
which may be subsequently
approved shall be added
thereto. (PZSC § 03-25-010).
