Section 16.52.020 Use regulations. (Permitted and conditional uses - conditions - compliance requirements.)

Hereinafter specified permitted and conditional uses shall comply with the following procedures:

A. All development within an industrial zone requires site plan approval from the Vernal City Planning Commission as set forth in Chapter 16.06, Administration and procedure, of this Title.

B. Conditional uses require a public hearing with the Planning Commission as set forth in Chapter 16.06, Administration and procedure, of this Title.
