Section 16.56.120 Manufactured home park regulations - Roads and off-street parking spaces to be paved.

All roads and off-street parking spaces shall be hard surfaced and roads bordered by high back curb and sidewalk. Roads shall be paved before any occupancy of the manufactured home park except on specific written agreement with the Vernal City Public Works Department. The owner must maintain all roads within the Park. Failure to maintain the roads will be grounds for the City to withhold issuing building permits. (PZSC § 03-27-001 (4) (F)) (Ord.
