A strip of land at least fifteen (15) feet wide on the sides and thirty (30) feet in front and rear of the  manufactured homes shall be left unoccupied by  manufactured homes and shall be planted and maintained in lawns, shrubs and trees designed to afford privacy to the development. A fence of a type approved by the Planning Commission around the perimeter of the  manufactured home park shall be required. (PZSC § 03-27-001 (4) (G))
