Street lighting shall be provided according to standards approved by the City in sufficient number and intensity to permit safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians at night. Street lights shall be installed and maintained by the  manufactured home park owner who shall also be responsible for all costs associated with street lighting within the park on private roads.  Failure to maintain street lighting will be grounds for the City to withhold issuing building permits in the manufactured home park.  (PZSC § 03-27-001 (4) (M) (5))
