Chapter 16.56 MANUFACTURED HOME PARK AND TRAVEL TRAILER COURT REGULATIONS
Section 16.56.290 Manufactured home park regulations--License--Required--Revocation.
A. Prerequisite to the operations of any manufactured
home park in Vernal City shall
be the obtaining of an annual license. It is unlawful to operate a manufactured home park
without first obtaining a license and the license shall be refused or revoked upon failure
of the owner and/or operator to maintain the park in accordance with the standards and
requirements herein set forth.
B. A building permit must be obtained from the building
official of the City prior to
any placement, including relocation of homes within same park, additions, accessory
buildings, prior to placement or construction. (PZSC § 03-27-001 (5) (C))(Ord. No.
