Chapter 16.56 MANUFACTURED HOME PARK AND TRAVEL TRAILER COURT REGULATIONS
Section 16.56.290 Manufactured home park regulations--License--Required--Revocation.
A. Prerequisite to the
operations of any
manufactured home park
in Vernal City shall be the
obtaining of an annual
license. It is unlawful to
operate a manufactured
home park without first
obtaining a license and the
license shall be refused or
revoked upon failure of the
owner and/or operator to
maintain the park in
accordance with the
standards and requirements
herein set forth.
B. A building permit
must be obtained from the
building official of the
City prior to any
placement, including
relocation of homes within
same park, additions,
accessory buildings, prior
to placement or
