Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2000-05 on 07/27/2000, Section 16.56.300 read as follows.
Travel trailer courts
Long term RV parks may be permitted conditionally only in the
CP-2 and C-2
, MH zone

. All such installations may be permitted only after approval
of the
City Council and recommendation
of the Planning Commission subject to all restrictions
and conditions hereinafter designated.
Travel trailer courts are conditional uses in the CP-2
and C-2 zones.
Conditions for approval for both long term and short term RV parks shall
be found in Sections 16.56.
